4. Delivery Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
We also offer free shipping under the following conditions:

  • Metropolitan France: Free delivery for orders over €69 (pickup point delivery).
  • Europe: Free delivery for orders over €100 (pickup point delivery).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your package in real time via the carrier’s website.

⚠️ Exception: Green Letter shipments do not include tracking.

We will work with the carrier to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

 

8. Return of Packages

If a package is returned to us for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s timeframe.

We will contact you to arrange a new shipment. The costs for reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Orient & Vous cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to force majeure events, such as:

  • Natural disasters (storms, floods, earthquakes, etc.).
  • Armed conflicts or social unrest.
  • Carrier strikes or other logistical disruptions.
  • Government-imposed restrictions or prohibitions.

In case of force majeure, we will inform customers as soon as possible to find a solution.
