  1. Introduction
    At Orient & Vous Islamic Bookstore, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items, requesting an exchange, or exercising your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable laws.

  2. Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day calendar period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any justification.
    Conditions:
    The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

  3. Return and Exchange Conditions
    Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items.

    Prepare the package: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.

    Once the item is returned and verified, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
    Refund timeline:
    The refund will be processed within 14 working days from the receipt and verification of the item.

    If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to check the availability of the replacement product.
    Conditions:
    Exchanges are only possible if the returned product meets the criteria outlined in point 3.
    Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    If the requested exchange product is unavailable, we will offer you:
